Description

A fragrant stir-fry bursting with vibrant vegetables and tender noodles, all coated in a savory umami glaze.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (any type)
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the pan: In a large wok or skillet, warm the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Cook the beef: Toss in your thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables: Stir in the mixed vegetables, cooking for around 3-5 minutes.
  6. Mix sauces: Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  7. Combine noodles: Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly mixed.
  8. Season to taste: Sprinkle with salt and pepper and adjust as needed.
  9. Serve hot: Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped green onions.
