Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (any type)
- 1 lb beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the pan: In a large wok or skillet, warm the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Cook the beef: Toss in your thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add vegetables: Stir in the mixed vegetables, cooking for around 3-5 minutes.
- Mix sauces: Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Combine noodles: Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly mixed.
- Season to taste: Sprinkle with salt and pepper and adjust as needed.
- Serve hot: Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped green onions.
