Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Scoop mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  4. Sprinkle each mound with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
