- 1 cup peach or apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker bowl, spreading them out evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peach or apricot preserves, ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, light brown sugar, and Dijon mustard if using, along with the garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the frozen meatballs and stir gently to coat them.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally during cooking.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice for a main dish.
