Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until all crumbs are moistened.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the crust cool completely.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until well-combined.
  8. Fold in whipped topping and diced strawberries until just combined.
  9. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  10. Sprinkle strawberry crunch topping over the cheesecake layer.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Lift the cheesecake out of the dish using parchment paper overhang.
  13. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
