A quick and delicious pasta dish that combines the savory flavors of sausage with a sticky honey garlic glaze.

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage links to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, allowing to bubble and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
- Return sliced sausage to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
You can substitute chicken sausage or add vegetables for a healthier option. Make ahead by preparing sausage and sauce in advance.
