Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger to prepare the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, slice it into bite-sized pieces, and let it rest.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked noodles and sliced chicken back to the skillet, tossing together until well-coated with sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
