A hearty meal featuring tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles, all coated in a luscious sauce.

- 8 oz noodles (egg or rice noodles)
- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green onion (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add the noodles, and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch until combined.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan. Allow it to brown for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour your prepared sticky sauce over the cooked beef. Stir well to coat every piece.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the pan with the beef and sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Plate up your Sticky Beef Noodles, garnishing with sliced green onions.
Notes
You can prepare the sticky sauce ahead of time, and add it to the beef when ready. Customize with vegetables for added nutrition.
