  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 cup Mint Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Green Confetti Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the mint chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and top with green confetti sprinkles.
