- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley), chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground pork, gochujang, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh herbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing the ketchup, soy sauce, and honey in a separate bowl.
- Spread the glaze generously over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
