Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on them to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
  5. Introduce the soy sauce and chili paste, stirring to combine, and cook for another minute.
  6. Fold in the cooked noodles, tossing to ensure an even coating of sauce across all ingredients.
