- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha for glaze
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce for glaze
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Bake the meatballs for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Create the glaze by mixing honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm glaze until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
These meatballs can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen before baking for convenience.
