Description

Succulent turkey meatballs coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, offering a burst of flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Bake the meatballs for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  6. Create the glaze by mixing honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm glaze until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

These meatballs can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen before baking for convenience.
