Description

Delicious S’mores Hand Pies filled with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, wrapped in a flaky crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crust (14.1 oz, about 400 g)
  • 2 chocolate bars, chopped (around 90 g total)
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows (120 ml)
  • 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (90 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust to uniform thickness, about 1/8 inch.
  3. Cut circles from the dough using a cookie cutter or round tool (about 4 inches in diameter).
  4. Prepare the filling by combining the chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a mixing bowl.
  5. Assemble the hand pies by placing a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each crust circle.
  6. Seal the pies by folding the crust over, then crimping the edges with a fork.
  7. Arrange the hand pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Top with the remaining crushed graham crackers.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

These hand pies can be customized with different chocolates or fillings, and they’re great served with vanilla ice cream or hot chocolate.
