Description
Delicious S’mores Hand Pies filled with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, wrapped in a flaky crust.
Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated pie crust (14.1 oz, about 400 g)
- 2 chocolate bars, chopped (around 90 g total)
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows (120 ml)
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (90 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crust to uniform thickness, about 1/8 inch.
- Cut circles from the dough using a cookie cutter or round tool (about 4 inches in diameter).
- Prepare the filling by combining the chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a mixing bowl.
- Assemble the hand pies by placing a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each crust circle.
- Seal the pies by folding the crust over, then crimping the edges with a fork.
- Arrange the hand pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with the remaining crushed graham crackers.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
These hand pies can be customized with different chocolates or fillings, and they’re great served with vanilla ice cream or hot chocolate.
