Description

A delicious fusion of smashburger flavors wrapped in crispy tortillas, perfect for a weeknight dinner or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional: Pickles, diced onions, or burger sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Press a small handful of the seasoned beef onto one half of a tortilla.
  4. Cook the tortilla with the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese over the beef, fold in half, and press down gently.
  6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve with your choice of toppings.

Notes
