Description

A comforting casserole layered with savory ham, tender turkey, and creamy Swiss cheese, topped with a crispy breadcrumb crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced cooked ham
  • 2 cups sliced turkey
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  3. Layer the sliced ham, turkey, and half of the Swiss cheese in the baking dish.
  4. Make the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered meats and cheese.
  6. Add the chopped green onions over the top of the casserole.
  7. Top with a mixture of breadcrumbs and melted butter.
