- 2 cups sliced cooked ham
- 2 cups sliced turkey
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
- Layer the sliced ham, turkey, and half of the Swiss cheese in the baking dish.
- Make the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered meats and cheese.
- Add the chopped green onions over the top of the casserole.
- Top with a mixture of breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool before serving for easier slicing.
