Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, crumbling it as it cooks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer the cooked sausage in the greased baking dish. Add bread cubes and chopped vegetables if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
