Deliciously crispy chicken wings glazed with sweet honey and spicy Sriracha, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

- 2.5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup floral honey
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Chopped fresh cilantro or scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings very dry using paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange wings on the prepared rack, skin-side up.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
- While wings bake, prepare the glaze by combining honey, Sriracha, butter, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the warm glaze over them, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and garnish with fresh cilantro or scallions. Serve hot.
Notes
You can prep wings in advance or use an air fryer for faster cooking. Always ensure wings are properly dried before baking for maximum crispiness.
