Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  2. Pour the vinegar over the cucumbers and stir with a spatula to coat uniformly.
  3. Rest the mixture covered at room temperature for about 30 minutes to release water and create brine.
  4. Jar the marinated cucumbers into a clean jar, pressing down to eliminate air gaps. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
