Description

A delightful medley of tender noodles, hearty ground pork, and vibrant veggies, brought together with rich flavors and comforting aromas.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (udon or ramen)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about a minute.
  5. Incorporate chopped veggies and soy sauce, cooking until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles, tossing everything to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For make-ahead options, prepare pork and veggie mixture a day in advance. Use an air fryer for the pork for a different texture.
