- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup chopped veggies (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about a minute.
- Incorporate chopped veggies and soy sauce, cooking until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles, tossing everything to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For make-ahead options, prepare pork and veggie mixture a day in advance. Use an air fryer for the pork for a different texture.
