- 1 can (14 oz) coconut cream
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the drained crushed pineapple, coconut cream, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep it light and airy.
- Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts, mixing gently.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve the fluff in bowls or parfait glasses and enjoy!
