Description

A creamy and dreamy tropical dessert that combines pineapple, coconut cream, and whipped topping for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained crushed pineapple, coconut cream, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep it light and airy.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts, mixing gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
