Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Cut the rolled-out pastry into 3×3 inch squares.
- Prepare the filling by mixing chopped pecans, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Fill each square with a spoonful of the pecan mixture.
- Fold and seal the pastry edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for color.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
