- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth.
- Add Peanut Butter: Once melted, stir in the creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated.
- Mix in Rice Krispies: Remove from heat and gently add the Rice Krispies, stirring until coated.
- Transfer to Baking Pan: Pour mixture into a greased (or lined) 9×9-inch baking pan and press down evenly.
- Prepare Chocolate Swirl: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the Rice Krispie mixture, swirling it with a knife.
- Set and Serve: Let the bars cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and enjoy.
Notes
Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
