Description

Indulgent no-bake Oreo Cake Balls coated in smooth white chocolate, combining crushed Oreos and cream cheese for a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 10 oz white candy melts (preferably Ghirardelli)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into uniform balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  7. Return the dipped balls to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Make the cake balls a day in advance and dip them just before serving. Try different Oreo flavors for variations.
