Description

A comforting and creamy one-pot pasta dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Pasta (your favorite type)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (freshly minced)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add pasta, milk, and enough water to cover the pasta.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, adding a splash more milk if needed for a thinner sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of milk to regain creaminess.
