Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand and press it into the bottom of your baking dish or muffin tins. Set in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and pink food coloring, mixing until desired color is reached.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a clean bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fill the Crust: Remove the crust from the fridge and spoon the cheesecake filling on top, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until set.
