- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped (or substitute with dried dill or parsley)
- Vegetable sides like asparagus or bell peppers, cut into pieces

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Let the marinade rest for about 5 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange vegetable sides and optional lemon or tomato slices around the salmon.
- Generously brush each salmon fillet with the marinade. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the salmon rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your choice of side vegetables and squeeze extra lemon juice on top.
