Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk them together until well blended.
- Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, blend the melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.

- Add Milk: Pour the milk into the batter, stirring gently until everything is well incorporated.
