Savory steak bites seared to perfection, coated in a garlic butter sauce, served with delicious avocado fries.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Spices: Smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper
- Olive oil spray
- Vegetables: Zucchinis, spiraled into ribbons
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each avocado wedge in egg then in the almond flour mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the fries for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Pat the steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper.
- In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak cubes for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the steak to a plate, reduce heat to medium, and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return steak to the skillet, toss in garlic butter sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Spiral zucchini, toss with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Serve steak bites with avocado fries and zucchini ribbons.
Notes
Pat steak cubes dry for better searing and ensure not to overcrowd the skillet.
