Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese, olive oil, and egg until smooth.
