Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook undisturbed for about 10-12 minutes until golden and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  3. Introduce the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
