- 1 pound Ground Beef (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until well-cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and add a splash of water. Let it simmer to infuse flavors.
- In a mixing bowl, combine seasoned beef, cooked rice, sour cream, and both cheeses. Mix thoroughly.
- Lay out a tortilla, add a generous spoonful of filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Heat skillet and add butter or oil. Grill the burrito seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
Notes
