- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish and pour the hot honey mixture over it.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked and feta is bubbly.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
