Description

A delightful culinary journey featuring tender chicken breasts glazed with honey-hot sauce and topped with creamy feta, creating a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange chicken in a baking dish and pour the hot honey mixture over it.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked and feta is bubbly.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
