Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (150 g) Boursin Cheese, Garlic & Fine Herbs (softened)
  • 115 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 120 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 ml hot honey (divided)
  • 5 ml fresh thyme, chopped
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 1.25 ml red pepper flakes (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Combine softened Boursin cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and 15 ml of hot honey in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Lightly oil a small oven-safe baking dish with 5 ml of olive oil.
  4. Transfer the cheese mixture to the oiled dish and smooth the surface.
  5. Drizzle the remaining 15 ml of hot honey over the top, and sprinkle with thyme and red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, and serve with accompaniments.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the cheese mixture a day in advance. Store in the refrigerator and bake fresh before serving.
