- 1 package (150 g) Boursin Cheese, Garlic & Fine Herbs (softened)
- 115 g cream cheese (softened)
- 120 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
- 30 ml hot honey (divided)
- 5 ml fresh thyme, chopped
- 5 ml olive oil
- 1.25 ml red pepper flakes (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Combine softened Boursin cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and 15 ml of hot honey in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly oil a small oven-safe baking dish with 5 ml of olive oil.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to the oiled dish and smooth the surface.
- Drizzle the remaining 15 ml of hot honey over the top, and sprinkle with thyme and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, and serve with accompaniments.
Notes
Make-ahead by preparing the cheese mixture a day in advance. Store in the refrigerator and bake fresh before serving.
