- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with honey BBQ sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through to 165°F (75°C).
- While chicken is grilling, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once potatoes are crispy, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve grilled chicken with Garlic Parmesan Potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
