Ingredients

- 1/2 cup natural almond or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Create oat flour by pulsing the rolled oats in a food processor until coarse.
- Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl—oat flour, protein powder, and sea salt.
- Blend in nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
- Fold in mini dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out dough with a tablespoon and roll into small balls.
- Chill the bites on a parchment-lined tray for 20 to 30 minutes for the best texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For added variety, swap chocolate chips for dried fruits, or try different nut butters.
