- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao), melted and slightly cooled
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate shavings
- Fresh berries (raspberries or strawberries)
- 2 tbsp chopped roasted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts)
Instructions
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add the melted dark chocolate and blend again until fully combined.
- Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon the mousse evenly into 4 small cups or ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Before serving, top with dark chocolate shavings, fresh berries, and chopped nuts.
