Description

Ingredients

  • 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla or cookie dough flavored)
  • 20 grams creamy peanut butter
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (honey, agave syrup, or low-calorie sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips (dark or milk)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and sweetener. Stir until creamy.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add milk with a tablespoon at a time until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
