Description

Delightful bowls filled with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, perfect for a wholesome meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa or rice
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa or rice according to package instructions.
