- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip)
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels.
- Season the bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until just tender.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Ensure the steak is at room temperature before cooking, and avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve an optimal sear.
