Description

Tender steak bites seared to perfection and coated in rich garlic butter, paired with crisp zucchini for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip)
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt.
  6. Once melted, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
  7. Add the zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until just tender.
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently toss to coat in garlic butter.
  9. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the steak is at room temperature before cooking, and avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve an optimal sear.
