Description

Ingredients

  • 110 grams plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 480 milliliters vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pour the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat it over medium heat until it shimmers (350°F or 175°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  3. Dip each cheese cube into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the coated cheese bites into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bites to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and cool. Serve hot.
