Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the egg yolks, cottage cheese, garlic powder, and salt in another bowl until well combined.
- Fold the beaten egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
