Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Food coloring (pastel colors)

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl; mix well to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of your pie dish; refrigerate to set.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until well combined.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add different pastel food colorings, mixing gently.
  7. Alternately dollop the colored mixtures into the prepared crust and swirl together with a knife.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes to set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled for your guests to enjoy.
