Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the room temperature eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in the pink gel food coloring until the batter is evenly colored.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Notes
Dough can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Be cautious not to overmix the dough for tender cookies.
