Description

Delightful pink velvet cookies that are soft and creamy with white chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pink gel food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the room temperature eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Stir in the pink gel food coloring until the batter is evenly colored.
  6. Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  8. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

Notes

Dough can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Be cautious not to overmix the dough for tender cookies.
