- 4 Chicken Thighs (skin-on, bone-in)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a greased baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make the seasoning rub in advance for deeper flavor. Chicken can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
