Description

Delicious crispy baked chicken thighs with a golden-brown skin and tender, juicy meat, seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs (skin-on, bone-in)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a greased baking sheet with space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make the seasoning rub in advance for deeper flavor. Chicken can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
