  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 7–8 minutes on each side until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate to rest.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
