- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
- Toss in the minced garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onions are translucent and the peppers have softened but still retain some crunch.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, and toss everything together evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot over rice or noodles.
