- 80 grams raisins
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 100 grams light brown sugar
- Dough for rolling (flour, butter, sugar, eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the walnuts, raisins, ground cinnamon, and light brown sugar in a food processor. Pulse until well blended but still textured.
- Roll out your cookie dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough up tightly from one edge, sealing in the filling.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch wide cookies and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
