Description

Delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon sugar blondies that bring warmth and comfort to any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
