- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Mix additional granulated sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
