Description

Soft and chewy blondies infused with warm cinnamon and topped with a sweet cinnamon-sugar crust, capturing the essence of comfort in every bite.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Mix additional granulated sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
