Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well incorporated.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the blondies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, cut into squares and serve.
