Description

Churro Toffee Bars blend the delightful flavors of churros with a rich toffee and chocolate experience, creating an irresistible treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (227 g)
  • Brown Sugar (220 g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • Crispy Saltines
  • Cinnamon Sugar
  • Chocolate (milk, dark, or white)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in brown sugar and continue to cook until bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  5. Arrange the saltines in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Pour the toffee mixture over the saltines, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and chocolate on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let cool, then cut into bars and serve.
